Which strength training band should I choose?
Beginners start with the light band. Those who already do strength training should opt for the medium band. The heavy band is for experienced athletes with a high strength level. When in doubt, we recommend the medium band as an all-rounder.
Do the wrestling socks fit all wrestling shoes?
Yes – our wrestling socks are designed to fit optimally in all common wrestling shoes. They are thinner than normal sports socks so that the shoe does not become too tight.
