Wrestling shoes women

Discover wrestling shoes for women and suitable wrestling boots for women for training and competition. Most wrestling shoes are offered as unisex models. Therefore, the decisive factor is not the gender label, but rather the foot length, foot width, and the specific manufacturer's size chart.

Choosing the right wrestling shoes for women

A good wrestling shoe fits snugly without causing pressure points. The heel should remain secure during quick changes of direction, while the forefoot provides enough flexibility for attacks, pivots, and a low wrestling stance. Measure both feet in centimeters and use the longer foot as your guide.

For Rudis models, men's, women's, and youth sizes are often listed together. ASICS and Adidas also offer many models in smaller EU sizes. Always compare the information on the respective product page and do not automatically apply your everyday shoe size to wrestling shoes.

Which wrestling shoes are suitable for women?

For beginners, balanced models with a flexible sole and reliable grip are recommended. Experienced athletes can choose lighter, more agile models or more stable competition shoes depending on their style. In this collection, you will find available models from various brands and price points with suitable size options.

Fit over design

• The heel must not slip up.
• The toes should not painfully hit the front.
• The midfoot should be securely enclosed.
• The shoe must not press or pinch at the sides.
• Try them on with the socks you wear during training.
