After many hours of hard work and intensive preparation, we established our international shipping this year so that we could offer our products to you within the EU.
Unfortunately, we now have to acknowledge that the bureaucratic and financial requirements associated with shipping from a non-EU country, and especially with the implementation of the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), are currently unmanageable for us.
Therefore, we have, with a heavy heart, decided to immediately cease shipping to the EU. This only affects EU countries, not all of Europe.
We deeply regret this step – especially because a lot of time, work, and passion went into setting up international shipping. At the same time, we now want to concentrate our resources on other markets and continue to grow there.
Thank you for your understanding and support. We very much hope to be able to supply you in the EU again in the future.
